The Federal Reporting System is moving.

All immediate and 5-day reporting will be entered into the AHCA Incident Reporting System (AIRS), the same system that currently houses the 15-day reporting.

To prevent any disruptions in your ability to report, please have all users sign up and request access for the Single Sign On Portal. If a user already has access to AIRS, they will not need to re-register.
